Well-being Wednesday as part of the School Recovery Curriculum

WELCOME to September 2020

I am very excited to introduce you to my Wednesday Well-being provision for the School Year. My name is Mandy Johnson and I am Head of Drama at Rednock School with over 30 years teaching experience. I am also a qualified Mindful Meditation teacher with The British School of Meditation and a Mindful life coach.

I have every Wednesday free to pursue my passion for supporting Mental health and well-being in Education. Since September 2019 I have been busy developing a program for Education that can be accessed on this day throughout the year to support both staff and students to press the PAUSE button and learn to a enjoy a sense of well-being in life.

One in four will have mental health issues and 45% of teachers suffer with mental health concerns. Covid19 has also impacted on this immeasurably.


This Academic Year take the leap and develop a Mindful toolkit to support your well-being, growth mindset and resilience .
